Our Saw blades are made from polished Swedish Steel, and tempered to Rockwell 52. They are durable, but easily sharpened with a file. We take care to make sure our saw blades are properly sharpened and accurately set. Saw teeth are set to keep the blade from binding, but our saws have a minimum set to make it easier to saw a straight line.
We carefully hand shape and finish the handles for comfort. Every saw is test cut in hardwood before it is shipped.
Solid Brass chamfered backs, select Curly Maple handles. Traditional split nut screws used on open handles.
