What happens if an item is out of stock when my order is packed?
It can happen that an item turns out to be out of stock when we pack, even though it showed as in stock. We then do this:
The rest of the order ships at once as a partial delivery, and the item is marked temporarily out of stock on the packing slip
The missing item ships at no extra cost when it arrives
If you do not want to wait, we credit the item and refund you. If you paid by Swish, we need your bank account details for the refund
Sometimes we have sent a newer version of the same product instead.
