Plug cutter
The heat-treated tool steel countersink has an HSS drill. It is adjustable for different screw lengths and can produce a counterbored hole for wood plugs. The drill produces pilot holes only. The plugs are very slightly tapered. The plug cutter is recommended for use in a pillar drill, to make plugs from timber to cover screw holes.
