This week we received another delivery from Veritas – the sixth since New Year. It feels so good that they are able to deliver so much. Slowly but surely we are refilling the stores after a long time of empty shelves. We now have such large stocks of many items that (we hope) they won't run out again: the large router plane, the low-angle jack plane, most of the marking gauges, nearly all the miniature tools and a good number of other tools and accessories. We expect more in the near future. Just keep an eye out and sign up on the items that are currently sold out, and you will get an email when they are updated and available again. Along with tools we have had before, we are also getting completely new things, including several kinds of blades, such as PM-V11 models that fit your old Stanley planes.
Right now 436 of the 584 different Veritas products we list are in stock for immediate delivery – a little over 3,300 items on the shelves in Farsta. I would guess we probably have the broadest Veritas range in Europe.

Rubank Verktygs is a small firm: one owner, one employee and one person who handles the finances. We feel that we work for you – it is you, our fantastic customers, who make us happy every day. We see you come back with new orders, we get contacted with questions, and we get the feeling you think we do a good job of serving you. We may not always find out when someone writes about us, but what we do see is mostly positive. We also get justified criticism when we have not managed to deliver to the high standard we have set ourselves. Some comments from recent times include: "Great place! Very service-minded and caring towards the customer.", "Very good and nothing to complain about. Recommend a visit if you can, really nice.", "Have shopped there many times, very reliable.", "Sweden's best hand tool company!!!!" and a final one: "I shop there quite a bit. Quality and service. If you can, go to Farsta and browse the shop (I do), otherwise buy online. Really nice staff and top service. Recommended."
These small posts on social media are truly heart-warming. A few days ago I also got an email where the customer attached a picture.

The customer had ordered some products from one of our newest makers, Hampshire Sheen, and since liquids were being shipped I spent extra time packing the order. I am glad I did, because one of the bottles started to leak a little. The customer got back to us and wrote: "Good that you pack so well! This one leaked and smelled nicely of citrus! :)"
Another email said: "Thanks for the Ahlgrens bilar (car-shaped sweets). It saved my wife's name-day celebration. Her favourite".

We are getting more products from JET, and will have several set up that you can see and try if you like. One of the latest is their bench drill press. Even though it is so "small", it comes in a pallet-sized box weighing over 70 kg. We keep our products updated with the latest delivery information, which ranges from "in stock"/"direct delivery from France" to delivery early next year. Many are due this summer. Get in touch if there is a machine we have not listed that interests you, and we will check what the situation is. Just remember that JET Europe is not exactly the same as JET USA; the machines differ slightly, as does which machines are available on which market.

Over the last month we have received many products for the category we now call Finishing. It will grow further going forward, and we of course hope the breadth of products appeals to you – from classic milk paint to oils, waxes and accessories.

Another category we have is Kits, where we have collected products for making your own hand tools. Everything is now in stock, so if you want to do a somewhat different project, these might be worth a look. Some contain only the "hard" parts, while others include the wooden pieces too. Similar products can also be found here: James Krenov, where we have collected Krenov-related items.

We remain available to you and will come back with how the autumn will look; we are planning at full speed and have a few things settled already – more on that later. There will be one last Saturday opening this spring term in two weeks. In June and July the shop will have shorter opening hours, but as always all the information is on our "front page". rubank.se
