Tormek MSK-200 Stainless Steel Shaft with EzyLock

Tormek stainless steel main shaft with composite EzyLock nut. With the Tormek EzyLock, which is both a nut and a washer, you need no tools to mount and dismount the stone. The special pitch on the left-hand thread makes the rotation of the wheel tighten the nut to the right torque, so the grindstone is held securely with no danger of unwinding. When mounting the grindstone, turn the EzyLock nut anticlockwise into position by hand; it will automatically tighten to the right torque during the first sharpening. To change stone, turn the stone clockwise while holding the leather honing wheel with the other hand, and the EzyLock will easily loosen.

This construction makes it easy to switch between grindstones, for example to the SJ-200 Japanese Waterstone for an extra fine finish. Fits Tormek T-4, T-3 and older models with a 200 mm (8") stone.
