Selder linseed varnish oil, 0.25 l. Selder's thickest and fastest-drying oil. It is linseed oil from which the non-drying constituents have been removed by Selder's own refining method. It penetrates the substrate and dries quickly by reacting with oxygen in the air to form linoxin, a natural polymer with good adhesion. The cured oil is water-repellent and resists fats, petroleum products, salts and household acids such as lemon, wine and vinegar. At 20 °C with good ventilation it dries in 6-24 hours.
