It works with all Veritas dovetail, carcass and tenon saws, and fits most other joinery saws with blades up to about 22" and handles up to about 1" thick. Handles rest in rounded cutouts along the bottom of the frame, while a row of magnet cups on the upper frame holds each blade securely.
The till is 14" tall, 13 1/2" wide and projects about 10" from the wall. It mounts with three included screws on 5" centres. Made in Canada.

Which handsaw to choose depends on the tooth pattern and the number of teeth per inch (tpi). Rip teeth cut along the grain and crosscut teeth across it. Few teeth give fast but rough cuts, and many teeth give slower, cleaner cuts.
