Trend Drainer Groove Pro Jig

Trend Drainer Groove Pro, a frame for routing drainer grooves in solid timber and solid surface worktops.

Features:
Made from 12 mm hard-wearing CNC machined compact grade high pressure laminate
X and Y-axis ski and carriage allow forward/back and side-to-side movement
Provides a 0.5° fall
Router carriage has a hole for a 30 mm guide bush
Carriage can be locked for parallel groove routing of standard drainer grooves
Carriage can also be used for tapered surfacing with a 19 mm straight cutter
Outer frame has index holes at 50 mm centres to restrict slot length; two index pins included
Five accessory inner templates give various groove effects: straight slot, straight fan, curved fan, lightning fan and hot rod
The router carriage is not used when inner templates are fitted

Requires a suitable plunge router with 30 mm guide bush and cutters. A Unibase may be required for certain makes and models of router.
