Trend Belfast Sink Jig

Trend jig for routing Belfast and Butler sink recesses in worktops, and drip channel grooves on the underside of the worktop.

Features:
CNC machined 12 mm compact grade HPL
Corner radius 25 mm; maximum length 630 mm, or 1030 mm when overlapping slots
For sinks 1050 mm wide and 440-515 mm deep
Twin pin location for stable, accurate alignment; preset holes for 340, 360, 380, 400, 420, 440, 480 and 500 mm widths (packing piece for sizes in between)
Requires a 1/2" plunge router of minimum 1300 W, 30 mm guide bush (recess) and 16 mm guide bush (drip groove), 12.7 mm x 50 mm TCT cutter and R2.5 mm radius cutter, and two 100 mm throat clamps
