Trend kitchen worktop jig for worktops up to 700 mm, an all-in-one trade jig.

Features:
Hard-wearing CNC machined compact grade high pressure laminate, 12 mm thick. Cuts both parts of the joint in 15 minutes including setting up
Left and right-hand corners, 400 mm radius peninsular joint, 45° end cut with slight radius, 45° trade corner solution for hob units, 100 mm and 40 mm radius corners, 35 mm kitchen door hole and 3/4" BSP hole for mixer taps
Cuts worktops up to 40 mm thick, with or without anti-drip postformed edge
Three open-ended bolt recesses (dog bone style) for 150 mm bolts, and engraved lines for short 65 mm bolts and worktop cross-cut
10 mm diameter ABS plastic pins with tapered shoulder for a tight fit and three-point contact; engraved markings for the pin holes
Fixed lengths for 250, 300, 400, 500, 550, 600, 616, 635, 650 and 700 mm wide worktops

The jig requires:
A plunge router with 1/2" (12.7 mm) shank capacity, minimum 1300 W
A 30 mm guide bush (GB30)
A TCT cutter, 12.7 mm (1/2") diameter with 50 mm cut length
