Trend jig for quick and easy routing of holes for Euro cylinder lock barrels.

Features:
Routs a recess for Euro lock cylinder barrels 33 x 17/10 mm, with 1 mm clearance around the barrel
Sliding plate for handle pitch to lock body adjustment from 45 mm to 115 mm
44 mm and 57 mm backset, with spacer pack for slightly deeper backset
Allows a 16 mm hole for the handle spindle to be routed
Holes for the 2.75 mm Trend Snappy drill bit guide to mark the handle lock plate at 40 mm centres
Made from 12 mm high pressure laminate for longer life
Long rotating edge stops for 44 mm doors with leading edge

Accessory sliding plates available for small and large oval cylinder locks

Requires a plunge router, 12 mm cutter and 20 mm guide bush. Cylinder not included.
