The traditional Flexcut KN15 Chip Carving Knife has a short blade for the triangular cuts that build up chip carving patterns. Designs carved this way are cut into the wood, or incised, not relieved.
The knife is included in the Flexcut three-knife Chip Carving Set (KN115), together with the KN11 Skew Knife and the KN20 Mini-Chip Carving Knife, which has a thinner blade for finer cuts.
Blade bevel length 25 mm (1"). Made in the USA.
