Hishika is a Japanese saw maker. Japanese saws cut on the pull stroke, which lets the blade be thin and the kerf narrow. With the right teeth they work as well for fine joints as for coarser crosscutting and ripping.

The shop carries backed dozuki saws for tenons and dovetails, ryoba saws with crosscut and rip teeth on one blade, kataba saws and a small kugihiki saw for trimming plugs flush.
