Skew chisel for work between centres that leaves a very smooth finish and also cuts beads, coves and other decorative shapes.
The rolled edge gives more control than a traditional straight-edged skew and allows smoother, more precise movement and tilting on the tool rest.
The blade is high speed steel (HSS), which holds its edge longer. The handle is close-grained, stable and heavy beech.
The ProComfort handle profile was developed over three years with ergonomics experts at Sheffield Hallam University for better comfort and control.
