JessEm Mast-R-Lift Excel II Router Lift with Phenolic Table Top 24" x 32"

JessEm Mast-R-Lift Excel II router lift mounted in a phenolic router table top, developed from user feedback. Built for even the heaviest routers on the market, it raises and lowers with precision.

Double-sealed bearings in the lift spindle, the height adjustment (driven through two gearboxes) and the cam lock give long life and smooth operation. JessEm's patented tensioning feature eliminates backlash and adds the right resistance to spindle rotation, reducing vibration and preventing unintended spindle movement. For heavy, long routing jobs there is also a dedicated lock, reached from the same place as the crank and set with a simple twist.

The shafts are hydraulically pressed into a larger-diameter mount and fastened to the top plate with multiple screws, spreading lateral loads for a rigid, durable mount. All machined parts, including the table top, are CNC-machined at JessEm's Canadian facility, and non-wear aluminium parts are anodised for corrosion and wear resistance.

The underside is pre-drilled for the JessEm TA Fence, Mast-R-Fence II, Mast-R-Fence III and Rout-R-Fence II, and the Heavy Duty Steel Stand and ALTS stand. The table top is 24" × 32" and 3/4" thick. 1-3/8", 2" and 2-1/2" insert rings are included.
