The heavy steel construction is more rigid than wooden or plastic runners and is not affected by humidity or temperature. It has two bolt patterns: four #10-24 holes for your own jigs and Incra Build-It panels, spaced identically to the original Miter Slider for a direct bolt-on upgrade, and three 1/4"-20 holes for knobs and other fasteners.
Long-wearing nylon GlideLOCK discs adjust from the top and give a precise fit in the miter slot of most table saws, router tables and band saws, with smooth, low-friction travel. The bar has two pairs of discs and removable T-slot retaining clips for both ends for stability with larger jigs.
Fits square-sided miter slots approximately 3/4" wide and 3/8" deep, with or without a 15/16" T-slot at the bottom. The GlideLOCK adjustment accommodates slots 0.740" to 0.765" wide. Not recommended for stationary jigs that must be locked in the slot; use the standard aluminum Miter Slider for those.
