Veritas anodized aluminum straightedge, 18" long. A straightedge is extremely useful for setting up machines such as planers and jointers. It is wide enough to stand on edge unsupported, so you have both hands free to make precise adjustments to your tools, and has a hanging hole for easy storage.
The straightedge is 1-3/4" wide and 7/16" thick, and will not rust. The reference edge is machined flat to within 0.003" over the entire length.
