The blade and tang are cut from 3/16" A2 steel sheet and surface ground at full thickness, with the edge ground to a 24° included angle. Machined, anodised aluminium scales are bolted through the tang. It is meant to be struck and cuts through heavy material such as rope or hose. In the shop it is well suited to splitting and riving.
Made in Canada. Leather belt sheath sold separately.
