Heavy-duty 18" bandsaw for the demanding home workshop, focused on ripping and resawing wide stock.
Tool-free sliding block blade guides in O1 tool steel. The upper guides are mounted on a cast iron toolpost with rack-and-pinion adjustment and a cutting height scale.
Rip fence with cam-action locking and micro-adjustment on a solid steel mount. The fence can be used on either side of the blade and runs on a full-length rail with a laser-marked scale. A single-point resaw fence is included.
Heavy, dynamically balanced cast iron band wheels with a crowned profile. Inspection windows let you check blade tracking from the side. Cam-action quick-release tensioning for easier blade changes.
Precision-ground cast iron table with 19/24 mm mitre slots, levelling pin and adjustable table insert. Heavy-duty cast trunnion tilting to 45°, with a 45° stop.
Mechanical brake. Two extraction outlets: 100 mm at the rear with a CamVac-compatible bayonet fitting and 63 mm at the side. Offset door hinges allow blade changes even with the machine against a wall.
Motor 1.9 kW input (P1), 1.5 kW output (P2), 230 V single phase. Requires a 16 A supply. Max depth of cut 320 mm. Throat 445 mm. Table 546 × 400 mm, tilts to 45°, table height 900 mm.
