Record Power BS400 Premium 16" Bandsaw, 230 V, Euro Plug

Mid-range bandsaw with large capacities and industrial-style features: cast iron table, cast trunnion and 305 mm depth of cut for both large timber and fine cuts and veneers.
The cast iron band wheels are dynamically balanced for less vibration and smoother running, with precision ground rubber tyres.
The rip fence is a heavy extrusion on a cast iron base that slides along a steel bar and locks with a brass screw and handle. The 535 × 480 mm table is finely ground so timber moves easily.
The cam-action tensioner releases blade tension quickly for blade changes and restores the same tension on the new blade. The blade guides are easy to reach and adjust and give about 3/4" of contact on the side of the blade.
The table tilts one-handed by rack and pinion on a double trunnion. The guide post support is adjustable with jacking screws.
Motor: 2 kW input (P1), 1.5 kW output (P2). Depth of cut 305 mm, throat 416 mm. Table 535 × 480 mm, table height 900 mm.
