It is easily interchangeable with the machine's standard guides, making the bandsaw truly multi-functional. It is made by Record Power in the UK using CNC machining to a high level of accuracy.
It allows much taller workpieces than a traditional scroll saw while benefiting from the bandsaw's larger motor, ideal for bandsaw boxes, large puzzles and much more. The blade does not move up and down like a scroll saw blade but runs in a continuous loop with a downward cutting motion, so there is no risk of the workpiece being lifted, making operation safer and easier.
