Veritas® Low-Angle Jack Plane

Veritas low-angle jack plane is ideal for shooting
miters, working end grain, and initial smoothing.
We designated it as a 621/2 due to its generous size
and weight, low center of gravity, and radically
set-back mouth. You will appreciate the way this
plane (with a toe one third the length of the sole)
registers to the workpiece. With sides machined
square to the sole, a specially shaped lever cap,
and machined thumb recesses on each side, it
provides both comfort and excellent control
when shooting. Includes a lapped 25° blade, 3/16Й
(0.187Й) thick, in A2 or O1 tool steel

All adjustmens are done with the same are, like the Norris style.
