Die cut from high quality compressed beech, they give quickly constructed, very strong joints in joinery, furniture and framing using simple butt joints and slotted biscuit grooves. Used with PVA adhesive, the moisture in the glue expands the biscuits to lock the joint tightly. The popular No. 20 size suits heavier construction in all hard and softwoods, ply, chipboard and MDF. Compared to doweling, biscuit jointing is faster and more precise.
