How quickly is my order shipped?
We ship orders continuously, and under normal circumstances your order is shipped within 1–2 working days. After that, the delivery time depends on the shipping method and country.
Within Sweden, delivery normally arrives the next day. No parcels are shipped on Fridays. Delivery to Denmark normally takes 2–3 days. Orders to Norway and countries outside the EU are shipped about once a week because of customs handling.
As a rule we only sell items that are in stock. If something is still on back order, it is sent separately once it has arrived. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carriers.
