Can I exchange an item?
Yes, you can exchange an item within 14 days of receiving the parcel, on the same terms as the right of withdrawal. Contact us first and tell us which item you want to exchange and what you would like instead.
The item must be unused and in the same condition as when delivered, and you pay the return shipping. Exchanges do not apply to items from the sale range.
