We have always tried to offer products that are as good value as possible. We know that many of the quality tools we sell are expensive. We buy directly from the factories so that we can keep prices as low as possible. Sometimes we see, or have it pointed out to us, that others sell the same products at different prices, and then we adjust ours. Because we buy in small volumes with a small currency, and our suppliers sell in dollars, pounds and euros among others, prices change quite a lot with every delivery. That is why our prices may not always seem to sit at an even level.
Of course we want as many people as possible to shop among our 2,500 products from over 75 manufacturers. That lets us bring in larger volumes, exciting new products and new brands, which benefits you. So that you can feel sure you are getting the best possible price, we are now introducing a price guarantee.
The price guarantee applies to the identical product (manufacturer, model, design and specifications). It applies to official online retailers (approved by the manufacturers to sell their products) in Europe and North America. It applies to the regular price in local currency, excluding VAT, converted using Valuta.se or our own euro prices. Our euro prices are updated daily.
If you want to use the price guarantee, or are unsure whether a product can be matched, get in touch with us. The matching price must not be more than five days older than the order date. Take a screenshot that clearly shows the product, the price excluding VAT and the website. Please pay by Swish or card, not PayPal (this makes it easiest for us to refund the difference excluding VAT). If you prefer, you can instead have the difference credited to your Rubank account to use on your next purchase. If we are told by email about a lower price elsewhere, we may not change our price until at least five days later.
